Merge a Nuke Tier List — Nuke Bands & Merge Value

Nukes grouped into planning bands by merge depth, income and raid value. Click any band for the merge math and how to play it. Bands last verified 2026-07-27.

These are planning bands, not official in-game item names or stats. Nuke The Game does not publish a cash/sec table, so the numbers here are relative estimates for comparing tiers — never treat them as exact in-game values.

Quick Answer

The strongest nukes in Merge a Nuke are simply your deepest merges — there is no secret item, just merge depth. Because every merge combines two identical items into one a tier higher, an S-band nuke is worth roughly 4,096 starter bombs. Merge every duplicate on sight; anything sitting unmerged is a wasted grid slot. The game does not publish a cash/sec table, so treat the numbers below as relative comparisons, not exact values.

Quick Reference

Tier 1 equivalents are exact merge arithmetic. Cash/sec is a relative estimate — the game publishes no official table.

How to read this page

Each label below explains what we can verify from patch notes versus what is a community estimate.

Verified

The merge rule itself: two identical items combine into one item a tier higher. That makes the 'tier 1 equivalents' column plain arithmetic (2^n), not a guess.

Estimate

Cash per second. No official table exists. We publish a relative scale so you can compare bands, and label it as an estimate everywhere it appears.

Reported

Named Index nukes. We only list names that appear in patch coverage, and we do not invent their tier position or stats.

Named Index Nukes

The game tracks real nuke names in the Index, and new ones unlock as you rebirth. These are the names confirmed in patch coverage. We deliberately do not guess their tier order or damage — the Index in-game is the source of truth.

Rebirth 8 (July 13, 2026)

  • Silent Whisper
  • False Step
  • Peek-a-Boo
  • Colossus
  • Fragmenter

Rebirth 7 (July 4, 2026)

Rebirth 7 unlocked five new Index nukes, but their names have not appeared in coverage we can verify. Check your in-game Index.

Rebirth 9 & 10 (July 25, 2026)

Each grants 5 additional nukes. Names not yet published — we will add them once they are verifiable.

Tier Strategy

Early game: merge the D and C bands immediately instead of hoarding. Mid game: push into the A band, where passive income starts covering your own upgrades. Late game: the S band is your war ammunition and offline engine, and rebirths are what let you reach it faster. Use the Calculator to compare bands before investing in expensive upgrades, and the Rebirth guide to decide when resetting pays off.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best nuke in Merge a Nuke?

There is no special best item — the strongest nuke is simply your deepest merge, which is why the S band tops the list. The game tracks real nuke names in the Index (Silent Whisper, False Step, Peek-a-Boo, Colossus and Fragmenter unlock at Rebirth 8), but it does not publish their stats.

Should I hoard low-tier bombs?

No. Merge D-tier and C-tier duplicates immediately — unmerged duplicates are lost income on your grid.

Are tier list cash values exact?

Numbers are community estimates flagged for Friday patch changes. We update within 24 hours of confirmed balance shifts.

Which tier should I raid with?

Use B-tier or higher for meaningful raid damage. Do not raid with starter bombs.

How do I reach S-tier fastest?

Redeem codes for cash and nukes, merge every duplicate on sight, upgrade spawn tier when affordable, and prioritize vertical merges.
